    Is this liberalized Ferenginar? Because I seem to recall that originally, only Ferengi were allow on their home planet.

    I don't think 25 strips of Latinum is enough to get him going in business. He'll need to find an investor and string the guy along somehow in order to make his fortune.

    Was that whole "no tourists on Ferenginar" thing referenced multiple times, or was it like the no-autopsy thing from Next Gen, an odd one-off to advance a story? Because it seems out of character for Ferengi to not want tourists on their planet spending latinum on overpriced junk.
