I got heavily into the books around late-Utopia, I think Gilen's Uncanny, and will forever have a soft spot for good Scemma banter. Zdarksy knows exactly how to pander to me

I also really liked seeing Kitty throw some Quiet Council weight around, especially toe to toe against Magneto. Ballsy. And frankly the first time she's flaunted her status outside the HFTC, we love to see it . cant believe I forgot about it when writing up my initial post lol

I started collecting around Dark Reign, so I also love the couple. I liked Emma and Kitty in this, but Magneto is just plain dumb and Xavier has been silent most of the issue. When Emma was launching her TP attack he was there like and did nothing

to be fair Doom's mutant citizens are being unfairly subjugated and the x-men weren't about pretend they couldn't see it

The simple premise of Latveria having an island in the Pacific filled with mutants and robots seems like something out of a 1970s comic.
