Thanks to the work of Kieron Gillen, admirably continued by Jonathan Hickman and now Zeb Wells, Nathaniel Essex has become the Camp King of the X-Villains.
Long may he reign.

Krakoa, Arakko, and Otherworld forever!
Gillen's Sinister is the best take on him in recent memory.
I only continue to read X-books because I don't spend any money on it.
Let your wallet talk.
Never forget, Cyke fans~ https://twitter.com/i/status/1246248602768486402
Jean had more presence in death than Cyke in Hickman's entire run.
Hickman succeeded where 2010s Marvel didn't: make the X-Men villainous and irrelevant.
Hilariously, the X-Men have now fully embraced mutant supremacy and racism against humans.

Does Sinister count as Cable's granddad?
Cable's existence is the result of his machinations.
Have we seen what does he think of adult Cable?
At first I don’t think I liked it. I remember reading him during Inferno and just remembering how kind of scary he was, but I am digging this. It doesn’t make him less scary. In a way it almost makes him more scary because I feel could switch from camp to frightening in a second. I’m living for him and his infatuation with his attire. Ha
At first this take on Essex was quite jarring for me in HoX/PoX but it's grown over time and in Hellions #1 he completely ran that issue and it became basically his book at this point (along with Maddy who also captured things with her end splash)
Forget the old ways - Krakoa is god.

I am SO in LOVE with this eccentric, ultra goth glam, EXTRA AF, Sinister.
Thank you to all who crafted and continue to weave this mes of a monster.
Strength is the lot of but a few privileged men; but austere perseverance, harsh and continuous, may be employed by the smallest of us and rarely fails of its purpose, for its silent power grows irresistibly greater with time. Goethe
I'm loving this Sinister. He's too much fun. I like to think that he listens to "Gone with the Wind Fabulous" by Kenya Moore 24/7.
