Is their a standard roster of characters for the X-Men books currently. I am following X-Men and X-Force and see that characters keep on switching in between especially Scott, Jean and Wolverine.
Is the same happening in other books, New Mutants, Fallen Angels, Excalibur, Marauders, Hellions?
Are Scott, Jean and Wolverine in other titles also?

X-men has no standard roster by design.
X-force has Wolverine, Jean, Beast, Sage, Quire, Black Tom, Colossus and Domino.
The others all have a regular roster as well.

Excalibur is Betsy, Rogue, Gambit, Rictor, Jubilee and Apocalypse
Marauders is Captain Kate (sorta right now), Emma, Storm, Iceman, Bishop, Pyro. Sebastian Shaw, Shinobi and Christian Frost have heavy appearances also.
New Mutants is the one with the wildest cast considering it covers the original New Mutants. Generation X and Academy X kids. So far the Mirage, Magik, Sunspit, Boom Boom, Chamber, Mondo, Wolfsbane have had the bulk of appearances.

Cyclops is the only regular in X-men. Everyone else rotates in and out
Jean is featured in X-Force
Wolverine is in X-Force and his solo

Each book does more or less feature a "defined group" but some characters do "cameos". Obviously the mega popular ones are going to cameo more often but Sage oddly enough has become something of a cameo queen lately
