Terrific has a great costume. Only thing I think needs work is the mask. I know this'll get pushback because he's known for the T mask, but I think he would look great without one, or look better with a simple domino or something with layers. Originally Posted by lemonpeace

That Static 39 is a MD Bright cover.
Writer was Jackie Ching-Milestone editor, former Marvel editor and if I not mistaking one of the few female writers (probably first female Asian writer on a DC book) at Dc at the time. She was the last of 4 female writers on Static.
