Bats can't use stuff like the Justice Buster, Final Batman armor or the Hellbat.

Which Cobra are we using?

Cartoon Cobra has the best tech, weather domiantors, shrink rays, cloned dinosaurs, teleporters, etc... but they're mostly written as imbeciles.

Classic comic Cobra is far more competent but they rarely actually DO anything. It's most just weapons dealing and figuring out ways to betray each other.
