That one is custom but all his official ones have gone out of their way to NOT show him as a POC. Instead he's in his power mode.

What's everyone's opinion on Sunspot flying? It seems to have gone away.

I didn't mind it.

I think they made him too powerful but super strength as his only power was lame. I wanted to see where Liefeld was going with Sunspot and Gideon.

I think it would be a good power upgrade if Sunspot's powers included limited invulnerability while actively using his powers -- something like buffering physical blows and energy absorption -- but, still be vulnerable to the likes of Uru/Adamantium/Vibranium, magic, telepathy, and high intensity energy wielders like Blue Marvel, Monica Rambeau, or Black Bolt.
