Now looking back on Sunspot's origin, it is very interesting. First Bobby is descrimitated and assaulted due to being Black. Then after his powers activate. the reaction of people around him shifts to fear from everyone around him with the exception of his girlfriend. The emotional reaction is amplified. This happens even as he begs his friends for help. Such great traumic storytelling from Chris Claremont Bob McLeod. [

Given Gladiators strength wouldn’t the speed and velocity have been ridiculous? He killed someone just by spitting at them, spit went thru the person like a bullet. He thru the spear with killing intent.

Gladiator is nasty AF lol. But yeah his is a lil Hyperpowered, but I mean over the course of a few hours he had the dramatic return of Deathbird! at the request of Lilandras daughter(shock!) ANNNND his ride or die chick Oracle sneaking around making deals behind his back....that's enough to shake anyone's confidence....superalienuberpowerful or not.

BFF Sunspot and Cannonball decide to join the Avengers. I laugh so hard how Hickman gives them subtle gay undertones. So many SHIP them but to old school me, they are brothers. Brothers forever.
