I am assuming that he has retained his flight and solar blasts but of all the comic writing aspects that Hickman is talented at, action is surely not one of them. I haven’t seen Bobby even use his powers yet in the series. Sometimes I believe Hickman forgets Superhero comics involve punching another character.

I remember watching Day of Future Past thinking why does Bobby just have flame powers. I was thinking they should have just used Sunfire. You can tell no real comic book fan/historian wrote this movie.

Yes, I totally agree. When I watch it, I think of it being Sunfire, because that is not Sunspot to me.

As for his costumes, I do not like the majority of them.

oh dude this was one of my favorite... partly because as fan who grew up in the 90s on XM:TAS I'm all about costumes having lotsa lil pouches...lil pockets...whatever holding all kinda lil secrets But mostly just until I looked close at the pic you posted I didn't think he was wearing pants I thought he just wearing that golden yellow metal codpiece lol

Good for Bobby! I like that he can fly. I also like all of the black spots as he is channeling sunlight.
