Bobby needs to grow to into literal Superman LEVEL powerwise. It even fixes the eternals thing. If the More solar energy he absorbs the slower he ages (he absorbs a lot)
Moreover... The visuals of Max level Sunspot fighting Gladiator in Orbit around Sirius A or Canis Majoris could be a sight to behold.

One coolest ideas I float for a comic run is to have Bobby, Illyana, and Madrox (and a few others) BE the justice league for a few issues. . . and hickmans gotten me the closes to that realized bliss they're in space, dealing with
galactic empire moves alien gods....
I'm short a madrox (who... yeah he's got a powerset that actually makes more sense for all the bs that bats is capable of) but overall happy.

I want someone who doesn't know, to say "Bobby your superstrong but not..." and him to go "Hey" *big solar smile* "I'm sorry. I realize we really haven't really been keeping up have we?" and have him fist fight hyperion.

Thats the thing about bobby to mean... hes this really unique character that we watched grow up but he has the same powerset as Supes and Hyperion and the such...So if I have to sit him in a room with fabian cortez. So be it.
If he needs to leave earth to have a shine. So be it.
The damndest thing to me that he's led an avengers team but not an X-team. FFS marvel.
but at the end of the day I want to have an issue just one where he shows up and demolishes the flying brick thats giving the x-men trouble
