Tarantino by way of Bill, breaks down Superman (although he's somewhat right about the identity being flipped, as his "true persona" is as Superman, and his "disguise" is traditionally as a mild-mannered reporter (although you could also argue Bruce Wayne is the disguise, and Batman is the real persona freed by a mask). Imho he's wrong in his interpretation that Superman must see humans (and by extension his own secret ID (Clark Kent persona), as a coward).
Kal-El's desire to "blend in" as "mild mannered", is to be recognized and accepted as completley separate from his powers, cause that is where he respects and sees greatness in humans who survive and are brave and resilient, despite not having Super powers.

This one is a little more indirect wink reference to Batman.
While there is plenty of references to Zorro in Batman (as one of his inspirations, by way of the movie they see that fateful night).
Here is one where Zorro gets to (indirectly) reference (what will eventually be the future) Batman.

In the 90s Zorro TV series guest staring Adam West as as inventor Doctor Henry Wayne, the implication is this character based on what he sees here, may pass down a certain knowledge and legend to a familiar Wayne descendant (also played by West).

Supernatural has quite a few. One that sticks out was the Amazons episode. Dean Winchester, upon hearing about Amazons, asks if they're like Wonder Woman (they're not, they're more like the ancient Greek myth).
