Also, Marvel has FREE comics you can read on their site. I'm not sure how often they change them, but here's the link and a partial list.

Namor the Sub-Mariner, Marvel's oldest character, will have been published for 85 years in 2024. So where's my GOOD Namor anniversary ongoing, Marvel?

Spider-Woman #1 - I thought it was a good read with the right touch of humor. Love the artwork and jess' new costume.

Invaders #1(Cap, Namor, Winter Soldier) -I'm glad I went back to get this series. Enjoying the storyline and seeing these three together again.

Is that the newest Invaders? By Zdarsky?

I heard good things about the new Spider-Woman book, specifically how engaging Pacheo wrote her personality / dialog.

    Yeah, that's the one.

And Pacheco is doing a very good job with the writing and dialogue on Spider-Woman imo.

I’m getting closer. Just received 7-12 of Cates’ GotG, as well as 8-11 of Thompson’s Capt. Marvel run, with more stuff on the way. Currently halfway through WotR, so I’m hoping to have the stuff I’m missing, as well as catch up on the stuff I already have, but have yet to read it yet.

I enjoyed lots of that Invaders run, of course, but there were a few things I had an issue with. And while I'm not usually a fan of multiple artists on a book, I think it worked well for this book, portraying flash back and present day scenes. And both artists, Guice and Carlos Magno, were awesome!

I have a copy of that Spider-Woman #1, so I'm adding it to today's list.

I have tried a few Cates books, and they just haven't grabbed me. I think I picked up his first issue of Thor, so I'll give that a try.

What did you think of WotR?

What did you think of WotR?
Have you tried his Silver Surfer Black? It’s amazing. Probably the best book released last year.

I’m almost done with WotR, and I’m running hot & cold on several aspects of the story. Some things leave too little to make a cohesive story. The art is truly beautiful tho. I really enjoy some of the tie-ins, while some just read as blatant cash grabs. Some things just didn’t need to be green lit.

The big draw for WotR for me is the Dauterman art. His work is GLORIOUS! But yes, that's what happens with so many events at Marvel. Lots of unnecessary tie-ins and minis.

No, I haven't read it. But again, from what I've seen, it is the art for Silver Surfer Black that would draw me in. I love Tradd Moore's work. I was thinking about ordering the Treasury edition, so I could have GIANT SIZE PAGES.

Just received the first 17 issues of Coates run. I already owned the first 6, plus the annual, but can’t wait to see where Coates goes with this.
