As Williams's death was an apparent suicide, I feel obligated to share this with everyone: http://www.suicidepreventionlifeline.org/

Anyone reading this who's struggling with depression, anxiety, or suicidal thoughts or feelings, I urge you to reach out to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline or other suicide prevention resources in your area. You're not alone, and you don't have to feel this way forever. People can help.

"If you can't say anything nice about someone, sit right here by me." - Alice Roosevelt Longworth, on manners

Woke up and saw this and it was a gut punch. Wish we could still post videos, but I'd recommend people who only know him as the Genie or that weird, manic guy in the movies look up his stand-up where he's the weird, manic guy being really funny.

As someone who has struggled with depression, it's horrible to hear that he died in that kind of mental state.

This is horrible. I still haven't gotten over Harold Raimis dying and now we loose Robin Williams too?

It hurts to think that someone who brought real joy into the world had to deal with such darkness. My heart goes out to anyone that faces such demons.
