I think Damian is just a character you either love or hate.

And Duke I don't think there is much reason to hate him (unless you are just against new characters in general), but there is imo also not much reason to like him, simply because most of the writers seem not really to know what do with this character. And it seems they can't really stick to a direction (and one writer) for this character from longer than a year.

The issue with Harper was that she got neglected once Snyder & Tynion got bored with her, which meant she didn't really have a chance to grow into her own character, other than being someone who's a derivative of other existing characters.

I chose Signal like mostly everyone else...only because...as an older comic fan I hardly know anything about him.....I'm guessing he's a Young Justice/Teen Titans member?

The Outsiders. He hasn't been in the popular teen team, but when Bruce was amnesia and Damian went out of town, Duke, guided by Alfred in secret, recruited a lot of teens to be independent Robins

Duke I like. I enjoyed him in We Are Robin.
It's the whole "Signal" bit, including the yellow rubber-ducky outfit, that doesn't work for me.
(And Tom King's use of him, or lack there of, in the few issues of King's Batman I read didn't help.)

For me it's easy choice: it's Batman/Bruce Wayne that I don't like, he's way too rich, too smart, too prepared, and has always been more alien to me than Superman/Clark Kent (who is an alien from outer space) ever was, is, or will be.

This is true. Batman is a character I don't empathize with because his motives are MORE alien than those of the Burning Martian!!!!

I honestly like Harper, mainly because "Bluebird" is a good name for a superhero.

I like all of the ones listed. The only one I dislike is Azrael and I dislike him enough that I didn't even pick up Curse of the White Knight. I'll read it on DCUI eventually but, since it seems to feature Azrael prominently, I'm not in any kind of hurry.

It was the only good showing the character ever had and I was surprised to enjoy it a lot.

Chose Damian, I think he is the worst thing to ever happen to Batman. It seems his entire existence is to be a club that is used to bash Batman. I so wish that DC would retcon him being Bruce's son, he adds nothing of value to Batman's life and is more of a hindrance and negative than a positive. He's an obnoxious brat with an inflated ego and Bruce should have shipped him back to Talia long ago. Too bad DC didn't have the guts to make him Slade Wilson's son, or anyone else for that matter. So if one member of the "family" has to get the boot let it be him. But ideally for Batman's sake I would do away with the entire bat family, he's better off without them.
