Should the Tornado Twins exist in the present or the future?

There was the one Legion annual that had XS meet Barry as she was trying to get back home to the future. It was after Jenny had spent some time in the present with Bart and the rest of the Flash family.

Actually I just thought of something, mainly because of Masterff, since the Tornado Twins are predominantly in the future then we could have Jai and Iris in the present and eventually when they are adults I guess they would just be the adult Flash(s) by the time we get the tornado twins running around. I mean there has to come a point where the present catches up to the future they are in.

Actually the best solution for me would be:

JSA: JAY GARRICK
JL (35+ years): BARRY ALLEN
TITANS (25 years old): WALLY WEST
YJ (20 years old): BART ALLEN
TEEN TITANS (Teenagers): IRIS AND JAI

BABIES: TORNADO TWINS

So I would replace WALLACE WEST with IRIS WEST AND JAI WEST, age BART ALLEN up and let the TORNADO TWINS be born.

Honestly I can't stand Wally's kids. I certainly don't want Barry to deal with the same baggage. They're entire history and concept is rooted in the future, lets keep them there. Have them come back every once in a while as guest stars, but their lives are in the future.
