The last two armors show Dane carrying a dagger. That must be the one! I think the Ebony Dagger is the only weapon that could kill Dane while he holds the Ebony Blade.

I too am a big fan of Black Knight. When I look at the appreciation I have with Black Knight and Nova I realize that I just like characters with cool helmets.

I vaguely remember that. Did it belong to Mordred? Modred. Mordred? I get those two confused. The one associated with Morgan. Was the dagger his?

Almost dropped Avengers World until I found out Dane was going to cameo. Hopefully with his multiple appearances here, other writers will want to use him more regularly.

I got into comics with the Avengers "Assault on Olympus" arc. The Black Knight instantly became my favorite character. Roger Stern really knew how to write him.
25 years later, my 12 year old son is walking around with Dane as his middle name. So, yeah, love me some Black Knight.

Loved Stern's Avengers Run! Dane & Herc are two of my favorites thanks to him.

A Herc and Dane buddy book would be very cool if Marvel doesn't think BK could sell a long run on his own. I did enjoy Herc with Cho but i think he'd be better with Dane.

Frank Tieri, who wrote the BK story in Original Sins, actually had the same idea for a Hercules/Black Knight title. That would be an instant buy for me!

I actually wish they would just go ahead and put Tieri on a Black Knight title. It feels like they call him in to do a mini of story like Original Sins 2 and then nothing. Give the guy a series already. And the more Dane the better
