You're ignoring the context for mutants, they have many similarities to minorities in our world but they're not minorities in our world. Mutants aren't real and have a completely difference context inside Marvel. Don't confuse fictional minorities with actual minorities in our world, they're not the same thing.

Except the Avengers have made teams specifically catering to mutant interests, like the Unity Squad. It's all one way, mutants have to be protected by everyone but post Krakoa they won't help anyone else. It's hypocritical and not the X-men. The X-men cared about humans, too, and now they don't. Of course this is ignoring the fact the only reason this occurs is because of editorial fiat and separating brands - your fight is with Marvel editorial, not the Avengers or Fantastic Four.

Cool. Last thing I’ll say for this point: Xavier's mutant amnesty demand is based on the Black Panther Party's Ten-Point Program where it says "We want freedom for all Black men held in federal, state, county and city prisons and jails.” Mutants would be judged by their mutant peers instead of being held to implicit anti-mutant bias. It isn’t like the mutant villains just were constantly running from the law, they were just roaming about. The only person who was actively in custody was Sabretooth, who was later punished by the Quiet Council.
Except we're not judging people from our world, it's problematic to suggest the Black Panthers would be ok giving Apocalypse and Sabretooth a pass for their crimes against humanity. Think about the context they would bring has they been in our world, they're persona non grata in Marvel as it is. Where is the judging by mutants on Krakoa? The only person they have locked up is Sabretooth and that's after they deliberately set him up to murder innocent people. There are no Black men in the world capable of doing what the super-villains on Krakoa can with their bare hands. Selene tried to destroy ancient Rome with a spell and would have done so has she not gotten betrayed.

Decimation was a blip? Now you know that’s not true else there would be no need for the Crucible issue.
Decimation was 15 years ago. The mutant race has started recovering at a higher rate right now. The Crucible itself isn't required for this, that's just what they settled on.

Northstar’s husband is also on Krakoa.
Anybody else? Does the human population on Krakoa not merit double digits? Why do you insist that Krakoa is a popular destination for humans?

Cyclops defending Krakoa and backing off when the Fantastic Four got aggro over ‘Mutant amnesty’ is nothing like your post entailed. He isn’t mad at humans and he even introduces himself by congratulating Ben on his marriage. You’re reeeeeeeeaching.
And goes from 0 to 100 when Sue talks to him. My example with Cyclops is focused on Cyclops behaviour around humans, not mutant amnesty. That Cyclops wasn't interested in having a rational conversation with humans, he wanted to shame Sue and left before she could recover from his response to shut her down.

Melody Guthrie. The Crucible issue implied that there are other humans on Krakoa awaiting there chance to be reborn as mutants like she did

Those are mutants with powers who need to be reactivated, not humans. The Crucible isn't for James Rhodes.

Tycon said: Jean literally ends the story at the same place she started, except with the Avengers shoehorned in like this wasn’t made post-AvX.

Tycon also said: Maybe if the Avengers were also rescuing mutant children from ORCHIS and saving Brazilian mutants from getting eaten by Predator Xs, we wouldn’t need a team specifically catered to dealing with mutant issues.

They arent mutants though. They all register as flatscans and there is no guarantee that all will even be brave enough to go through with the Crucible

How did the Unity Squad help mutant interests? That team seemed more like PR fluff. Hey look, we got mutants on our team so we are inclusive and accepting of them. When and how did they actually help out the issues that the X-men dealt with? They did nothing to help during IvX when they could have acted as a mediator between the Inhumans and X-men. They let the cloud go unchecked for months while mutants were dying

I’m gonna need Hickman to take full advantage of the fact that there is an alt-reality William Stryker currently displaced to the 616 who’s supportive of mutants and their cause.

    Really? They aren't real?

And where is the Unity Squad now?

Like you just revealed to me, these are fictional characters. So my reasoning for in-universe decisions has to be based on what’s presented to me either on-page or in interviews. It isn't my fault that the X-men and Avengers and Fantastic Four are all in a shared universe, it was built that way.

Also, mutants don't care about humans? First off, they have no obligation to do so. Second, that's another thing that is directly contradicted by the books.

    This is a lost cause.

Why are you acting like those events didn't have staggering legacies on the X-brand?

Anybody else? Does the human population on Krakoa not merit double digits? Why do you insist that Krakoa is a popular destination for humans?
    Where did I say that?

And goes from 0 to 100 when Sue talks to him. My example with Cyclops is focused on Cyclops behaviour around humans, not mutant amnesty. Defending yourself isn’t going from 0 to 100. Mutants just got dealt by a mandatory vaccine, getting experimented and tortured in multiple O*N*E raids, literally forced into Sentinels to hunt down their mutant friends & family, and beaten to death by humans without any criminal justice. It’s objectively a dumb question for Susan to ask at this point.

People insists that Wanda has robbed the depowered mutants from an essential part of them, that they are dying to recover that part… And suddenly they are human?
Humans don't have this nostalgia of something that never was theirs.

Besides if the depowered mutants don't want to be mutants in their own right, whole again, what are they doing on Krakoa, where it is so despicable not having cool powers or unusual appareance that distinguish you from these horrible humans?

Why the X-Men have to prove over and over again that they care about humans but when the Avengers don't care about mutants "it's an editorial decision, doesn't really count."

The Avengers care about everyone, they are heroes, so it doesn't compute if they are doing nothing to protect the mutants.

The X-men are first and foremost presented as mutants, well, lately at least… The mutant problem is their problem. And sometimes, they save the world, the universe…

Because the x-men must be the paragons of purity put to the highest standart as model minorities but also not allowed a shred of the slack the avengers get without any of their priveledge

The x-men need their own universe where they don't have to worry about avengers or other superheroes where their relantionship is this vile

How can you say "they care about everyone" and "it doesn't matter if they don't protect mutants" in the same sentence.

idk a giant Sentinel coming to blow up an entire country deserves some follow up from the Earth’s Mightiest Heroes.

And they’ve said multiple times that they don’t want the brunt of this burden but they have no other choice since every government/team they trust ends up screwing them.

I'm sorry, by 'it's doesn't compute', I meant to say 'it doesn't make any sense'.
When you are presented as an hero in a comic book, they are some prerequisites. And one of them is a total lack of discrimination about the people you save and a keen sense of justice.
So, if the Avengers don't do about anything about mutant persecutions, I don't understand.

I started reading X-men comics when X-men were more presented as heroes than mutants. Along the years, there has been a shift.
Now, the X-men are more on the defensive and centered on mutant affairs. So we see less behaving as heroes. There is a doubt about their convictions and beliefs.

It’s adaption. If you are part of an already persecuted minority group and those who are sworn to protect and serve everybody forget about the community you’re in, would it not make logical sense to divert more focus towards the well-being that you aren’t getting elsewhere?
