Jcogginsa's Randomized Tournament Round 1 Match 2: MunchKING 2 vs. Tami

This will be a match in Round One of My Randomized Tournament, whose rules will be different from typical tournaments.

The Round will last until Noon on Friday, at which point a vote will be held to determine the over all winner of the match.

Battles will take place in a generic city scape with no bystanders.

Additionally, the following universal caps will be in play to make things a bit more interesting

- Super speed will be capped at the ability to react to lightning (The slower stroke, to be specific). So no character will be able to move faster than that.
- Destructive levels, whether via energy or physical effect, will be capped at mountain busting level. Durability will also be capped there.
- All characters will be spotted a Generic Psychic Resistance ability based on their willpower.
- There will be no Time-Travel to any point past the beginning of the round

With the Power Caps, your big threat is gonna be Midora, whose got a very strong esoteric game including what can only be described as "Weaponized Opposite Day"

Hard to see a way for Midora to lose this.

At the bell, Cell and Piccolo will fire off their respective blasts and will miss because Midora has both Gourmet Luck and Minority World.

He can just fire back with Meteor Spice which is similarly at cap damage and wipe the other team off the map.

Edit: Assuming Dark Danny is Danny Phantom, he actually might survive due to being a ghost. In which case Gowther can probably drop him with Black Out as an AoE.

If The Hulk is the most powerful version, along the lines of World War Hulk, then he'll take out a number of members of Munch's team before he can be taken down. This gives my team an advantage.

Edit: Assuming Dark Danny is Danny Phantom, he actually might survive due to being a ghost. In which case Gowther can probably drop him with Black Out as an AoE.

He's a ghost that explicitly supermudered his human side, so he doesn't have any fleshy bits holding him back.
