A version of Bruce Wayne that was born with no arms vs a version of Frank Castle that lost his legs in Vietnam and learned to live without them face off. They both are bloodlusted, have two weeks of prep, and are starting off on the opposite sides of Gotham City. Who wins?

We have a CBPH aim-dodger with no range game vs a tougher than average guy with limited mobility, and the former still has the home-terrain advantage.

It'll take a while since Batman can't really grapple-gun anywhere, but chances equally likely Frank can hole up in a belfry with a wheelchair backed to a wall or something.

Yeah, even if we use the more street-level interpretations of Batman without Iron Man armor, he's still someone rich enough to put utility belt type stuff in his boots to be activated by clicking his heels or something, and in this universe he'd have mastered savate and the like to an absolutely insane degree. Not liking Frank's chances.

This is a scenario match, so I don't see why this wouldn't end with Bruce in the Batcave, coordinating Robin, Nightwing, and at least one of the Batgirls into dropping Frank.
