Marv isn't laying a glove on Ozymandias, so while it might take longer than he'd like to wear him down, Ozy wins comfortably.

Total agreement. Marv is suuuper tough but sadly that just means he suffers for longer.

Honestly, Marv is a damned meta human with the punishment he takes and endurance he goes through. At the start of the hard good bye he smashes through a door, plows through swat, super hero leap, smashes through a god damned police car, dunks it into the coast and swims in the sewer, then goes about being a detective and beating down/murdering what he needed for info.
Goodies sister then runs his ass over twice.
The only times he was not kicking ass was when he was Koed. By Kevin and Goldies sister shooting him in the head. ( The finale counts too, where armed guards filled him with so much lead from machine guns, still koed him.)
Ozy is good but it depends on the version in question. Both have crazy talent but they do not sneak like Kevin does and they are not taking Marv by surprise.
I can literally see Marv taking Comic fight. Just eating the damage Rocky style and taking him down one to two hits.
Movie Ozy is waaay more meta human though. So less likely.
