Default TV shows where a business or company is a main focus of the show

I love tv shows when there is a company or business that is a major part of the show. What are some of your favorites?

The Dick Van Dyke Show - the writers' room of The Alan Brady Show.

Dallas - Ewing Oil - some of the show's best stories centered around the family oil company

Mary Tyler Moore - WJM newsroom - probably the best IMO.

L.A. Law - McKenzie Brackman law firm

Mad Men - Sterling Cooper advertising agency.

Lou Grant spun out of Mary Tyler Moore and centered on the operations of the fictional Los Angeles Tribune

Wings - The brothers were trying to keep their late dad's airline, Sandpiper Air, afloat, but it also featured the workings of the Tom Nevers Field airport

The Practice - Robert Donnell and Associates, leading to...

Boston Legal - Crane, Poole & Schmidt

    ...and of course,

The Office - Dunder Mifflin Paper Company

I loved that show as a kid and recently watched the whole series again on Netflix. Definitely one of the great shows.

While it's stretching a point because the whole show didn't revolve around it, I would say McMann and Tate on "Bewitched" was memorable in that I'd bet at least half the episodes revolved around Darrin's job as an advertising executive.
    Power with Girl is better.

Halt and Catch Fire- the characters work at a computer software company before starting their own in the next season.

Absolutely. I'd say that 95% of the episodes had something to do with Larry Tate and the office. So yeah, it was definitely a huge part of that show.

Thanks for saving me the time, that would’ve been my exact answer.

I'm sure that's what the TC meant when they created the topic.

Well, not to be rude but, pls don’t assume for the thread starter.
If he or she doesn’t like my suggestion then he or she will tell me.
    Thanks!

This is all meant in good fun. As long as someone isn't derailing the thread or being intentionally disrespectful, I see no harm with taking a few liberties when someone's adding to the conversation.

Also, I'll add "Powerless." That show wasn't vey good, but I think it would have gotten better given a bit more time.

"Better Off Ted." GREAT series. Maybe the best satire of a corporation. Needed to be on the air longer.

    Fair enough.
