Thor is the obvious first choice.

Manhunter, Wonder Woman and Black Adam would all be good if they weren't SOOO much faster then him.

Hulk can't lay a mitt on her, and she freely hits him a lot with class 100 punches. Plenty of people have beat Hulk with less than that in the comics. We don't go by low-end feats, though, but her combination of speed and strength should be plenty. Of all the people in the crowd, Black Adam would probably have the easiest time beating the Hulk. He's at least as fast as Diana, and somewhat stronger.

Can't forget, Diana also has a lifetime of training as a warrior under he belt too.

Flash and Reverse Flash would be interesting; raw power vs raw speed. If neither Flash or RF were distracted, they could probably quickly wear Hulk out.

Though, someone would have to make sure Reverse Flash didn't simply vibrate his hand into Hulk's heart or something. Dude can be a dick like that.

pretty much anyone with any kind of super speed beats hulk either by KO or simply by points.

If we are assuming the character only has to last long enough for hulk to dq then Spiderman and Aw
Aquaman might make it as well.
