What has been your 'dream romantic couple' in DC Comics that has never happened (at least not yet)?

I would have Love to see Wonder Woman=Nubia with Steel=John Henry Irons or Black Lightning or Vixen and Black Lightning.
Babs Gordon and Ted Kord. They were absolutely perfect for each other pre-52.
Keep in mind that you have about as much chance of changing my mind as I do of changing yours.
I always thought Technocrat would get together with Katana but it never happened.
I also wondered if Shiva would get together briefly with Connor
Not really dream but if DC were to ever put Wonder Woman in a relationship with another woman, Artemis is really the only one I'd be interested in.
Brainiac Five and Superboy Kal-El - a ship heavily implied by the Legion of Super-Heroes cartoon, but never officially made part of Superman's backstory.
"You know the deal, Metropolis. Treat people right or expect a visit from me."
Wonder Woman and Io, from Rucka's run.
Michael Holt and Sasha Bordeaux.
Diana and Artemis.
Artemis Crock and Mia Dearden.
Warren Griffith and Looker.
Power Girl and Huntress (Helena Wayne).

Did Zatana and Dick ever happen? If not I'm going with that.

Yeah, sure do!
But don't get it twisted - I don't want him to be bisexual and therefore ship him with Brainy. Rather, I noticed that he and Brainy were clearly an S-tier ship with tons of chemistry, and therefore, realized that Superman must be bisexual. And if I noticed when I was 13, then it was really obvious.
At the recent Fandome panel on the Legion show, it was all but confirmed that their chemistry was intentional - if subdued to give plausible deniability to censors.
Personally, I hope that in time, there will be more media that shows Superman in a relationship with another man. This is one reason among several why I don't like Superman being married - although to be honest the biggest reason is just because I've always wanted to see what Clark would be like in a relationship with Cat Grant. I guess that's another "DC Dream Couple" that never happened for me - but I digress, haha!
"You know the deal, Metropolis. Treat people right or expect a visit from me."
Something that Beau Smith had started to hint at.
Diana and Guy Gardner!
"My name is Wally West. I'm the fastest man alive!"
I'll try being nicer if you try being smarter.

There was a time where I was more interested in it, but now I'm kind of off it. Still, I thought it would have been fun pre New 52 with them having a different twist on the World's Finest dynamic.
