According to "Hunted," Curt's "reanimated" family has the same souls as the original Billy and Martha Connors. If Doctor Strange was able to confirm it for Billy, I wouldn't doubt the same of Martha.

True enough, and it does get addressed in "Hunted," since the "reanimates" remember everything of their previous lives up to and including the moment of their death, which Billy privately admitted still traumatized him. Hell, the Lizard killing and eating the "original" Billy is why Curt contemplates locking himself up forever, surrounded by a security system that will outright kill him if he/the Lizard tries to escape, until Peter as Spider-Man convinces him not to give up on himself and his family like that.
