Your Opinion about Batwing

Hello,
what is your opinion about Batwing?

I didnt read much with him, but I am nevertheless not a fan of him.
Duke is ok for me, since I begin to like him..

Batwing seems to be just another highly intelligent martial artist who is a member of a rich family...

I personally prefer Cassandra Cain and Harper Row to him..
I am sad that Harper didnt get used more, she was a really interesting character and brought diversity into the family and I LOVED her interactions with Cassandra Cain..

I only read a cameo by him in Batman inc. He wasn't much used, and i don't need to read to know that his title was crap. Signal is better anyway, better costume, this is not iron man family dude. Signal is more street level, suits the family better.

I liked Batwing in the Gotham Knights run from the Detective comics a while back, though he didn't get an arc of his own.

I like Luke Fox in the Batwoman tv series. He hasn't become Batwing, and likely won't until season 2 at the earliest if they decide to go that route, but if he does I hope they do a good job of it.

Which one? I was never a big fan of David Zavimbe but I really liked Luke Fox in the re with the upgraded armour (and the solo written by Pamiotti was a lot of fun too)

If you say so, but that doesn't make him "more" street level than Batwing IMO.

I would recommend reading more of him before making up one's mind. The solo with Luke Fox had a lot of fun stuff in it, and I thought he was a very cool character in Detective Comics.

I actually really like Luke, he was fun and had a very interesting connection to the batfamily being the superhero son of Lucius. I also liked his design, kind of a mix of Batman Beyond and Iron Man.

I genuinely like that he was both a good physical fighter but also a genius in his own right.
