    And on and on. By the way, his name was Nicole Williamson which sounds like a woman's name but, yes, great actor and played wonderfully against Helen Mirren as Morgana. Incidentally, in a commentary, director John Boorman said he suspected they had previously had a relationship that ended badly because Mirren said she could not work with Williamson for personal reasons and he said the same about her so Boorman convinced them both to use that animosity in their characters since Morgana and Merlin were supposed to be enemies and he convinced them both to do the movie.
    Nicol also did the audio books from Mary Stewart, which are the best fictional accounts of the legend in any medium.

    And...his name was not "Nicole"

    Love the movie Dredd to this day.

    I love any movie that focuses on a very small part of a massive world, Dredd tackles that concept exquisitely. Such a gem

    Also, I believe this movie was Patrick Stewart's first foray into fantasy films.

    Grand Prix, a great racing movie from the 60s.
    There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

    Strange Days with Angela Bassett and Ralph Fiennes, Sci Fi, noir. Between Blade Runner and Strange Days I'd choose SD any day of the week.

    Especially with Fisher Stevens playing the "Apu" character. But it was never "ET" anyway.

    Yea the brown face was what I was referring to. I dont blame Steven's though. It was a different time, im sure if it happened today he would say no go hire a bollywood actor.

    @BigLbo

    I love Blankman. Damon Wayne's is one the most underrated comedians I'm. As an actor and a stand up. He just says some wild shit when it comes Cosby and some other social issues.

    Black Dynamite gets all the attention, but it owes everything to I'm Gonna Git you Sucka.

    "And that's the essential problem with 'Planetary' right there. When Elijah Snow says, 'The world is a strange place'... he gets Dracula, Doc Savage and Godzilla... When we say it, we get The Captain Fire-Cock Rock 'n' Roll Spectacular."

    In all seriousness Norbit is my favorite Eddie Murphy movie. I think it was reviled by critics, so from the moment it opened ppl didn't like it and it has maintained that revulsion in ppl's minds but i watch it every other month since i was young and i still love it every single time.
