1. Should be kid friendly from any comic, from Rebirth onwards.
2. Can be movie or TV inspired. (Yet no actor likeness).
3. Suggest never made figures. (so none "exactly" like these).
4. Have lots of fun suggesting some crazy Mystery Accessories.

Mister Freeze, with, I am aware this may be hokey as all out this day and age, but a Freeze pack, with tube and Freeze Ray accessory, that can be filled with water, and press button on Freeze Ray for water squirting action!
