Oh. Hm. We're certainly given a scope of power for level 10 disciplines, but it something like this as far as psychic battle it would come down to things like actual skill with using them, which we don't have what to establish that with especially for Malkav, so, kind of a thing.

Then again at Obfuscate 10 if Fahrouk just isn't even aware Malkav exists, I would suppose that gives him time to just focus on as massive a concentrated assault of insanity as possible. Go for surprise+brute force, as it were.
