I am aware that some of the examples I provided might not traditionally qualify as 'reboots', but in the comics these changes are so stark and so sudden they feel effectively like reboots. There is a lack of organic growth to these changes too and often feel more like a top down direction then the natural course of the comic (the Silver Age reboot being the only one I listed that defies this categorization). If we go by 'restructuring' though, we can certainly add the Bronze Age WW2 stuff and Odyssey.

I just find it interesting how often Wonder Woman in particular tends to get 'rebooted.' Superman probably matches some of these changes; as he was rebooted in the Post-Crisis era, New 52 and in Rebirth (I guess?), but I don't think he endured a similar experience during the Bronze age.

Actually I am not sure, since I am not a big fan of Diana, so I only know 1 big Reboot:

From being made out of clay to Zeus daughter...This is the most considerable change which she had.

Cassandra Sandsmark had more notable changes:

    Pre-Flashpoint:
    -No powers, items needed
    -Zeus powers
    -Ares powers
-her being Zeus daughter and she having her own powers
    -lasso of lightning

    NEW52:
-normal girl with no powers who need the Armour
-lasso which takes the lifeforce away
    -Lennox daughter and Diana niece

    REBIRTH:
-Zeus granddaughter with probably normal lasso
