Exactly my thought whenever we see a show like Supergirl or Superman & Lois that the government is stockpiling weapons and kryptonite to deal with Kryptonian level threats and Clark or Kara have a sad and I'm like, 'It's not for *you* dummy, it's for Zod or those Daxamites, or any of the dozen other threats running around at your weight level, definitely including *other* rogue xenophobic 'want to terraform our planet, kill everyone and recreate Krypton here' Kryptonians!'

As for whether or not Batman has an 'answer' for Wonder Woman or the Flash, I didn't even know they were questions.

And does the Question have an answer for them? Or just more questions?

And by it, to be clear, we are talking about 1000% changing WoWo on the fly to give Bats a win where there literally is not one. In this case, making up this breath thing and acting like regular Amazons can't hold their breath for hours while engaging in superhuman activities as revealed when Orana first challenges for the title.

woah woah woah. Deathstroke is not a Batman villain. He's a Titans villain and more of a Dick Grayson villain then Batman.

Plus Deathstroke should wreck Batman in h2h he's got a clear stat advantage

That's not what we're doing, though.

It was probably in development until right just then.

After Flashpoint did they change Deathstroke origin and powers? Suddenly people are having him be a Batman villain instead of a Titans villain. Is he no longer of superhuman reflexes to the degree that he can trouble the likes of Superman or Wonder Woman before they get serious?

Deathstroke is a supervillain for whichever character needs a supervillains. So he's gone from troubling the Titans to Green Arrow in Winick's GA run and in the Arrow show to Nightwing during (I think) Devin Grayson's run to fighting the entire JL in Identity Crisis to Geo Force during Meltzers JL run to Batman in the Arkham games to Damian Wayne in the Nu52 movies.

If we count all of Deathstroke's multimedia, he's most closely linked to the Titans. He's a Titans rogue, and that hasn't changed. If you want to identify that one big-name hero he's most closely tied to, it is Dick Grayson.

From Terra in the Judas arc. To his kids Jericho and Rose. Slade in Teen Titans to his appearance in the Titans live-action show. He's much more of a Dick Grayson antagonist than a Bruce Wayne antagonist, as we see during Morrison's run.

That said, Deathstroke has his run-ins with the Suicide Squad, Justice League, and other heroes. But even if you look at some of those adventures, you can see his Titans connections. During Identity Crisis, he was helping Doctor Light, who became a Titans Villain after Zatanna brain zapped him, dumbing him down.

Deathstroke is a Batman villain in the same way every DC criminal is a Batman villain. Over the years, Bruce went from the world's greatest detective to the best fighter & brightest hero in the DC Universe. He's DC's cash cow, number one hero, which is why you see him battling rogues that aren't his. Such as Darkseid, Cheetah, Lex Luthor, Doctor Destiny, Circe, Kalibak, Ares, etc.
