Favourite Costumes For JLA Members?

What are your favourite costumes for the different members of the JLA?

I'd definitely be in favor of different looks for different stories I guess, but I'll give this a shot.



The New 52's Earth 2 Superman hit on, basically, the fan favorite Superman Reborn costume six years before it hit the mainline Superman books! And with the added bonus of using an "S" shield more akin to the Man of Steel movie suit, which is my favorite "S".




My favorite look for J'onn J'onzz is the one he had just after Brightest Day. He's shirtless, but he has trousers and his cape.



My favorite Cyborg is the outfit he had during DCYou. I never really got too attached to any of his other looks, but this one, with the blue lights and the human arms that still open up into crazy gadgets, along with the way his organic-to-mechanical ratio can change on the fly, is just really compelling to me.

I still prefer Arthur's classic look over his bearded look, especially by Ivan Reis:

It's not much of a radical change beyond just making the green stop at the waistline but Hal's design from GL: Rebirth onward


I wasn't sold on it when I saw it in promotional stuff for BvS but seeing it in the WW movie and now in the comics; the hoptlite/gladiator-inspired costume is now my preferred WW costume.

Superman's Reborn costume. Perfect update on the classic costume and I still he shouldn't have returned to the trunks.

Wonder Woman's movie-inspired Rebirth outfit. Another great update to the classic.

Batman's costume from the start of the Batman Inc era, when his logo had the light effect behind it.

Aquaman in the classic orange shirt but with the beard and shoulder length hair.

Flash's 90's costume with the metallic sheen.

Green Lantern's best costume....Hal's Rebirth-current, John's JLU-current (especially by Reis), Kyle's original 90's costume, Guy's high collar jacket with buzzcut.

J'onn's costume from the Young Justice cartoon.

I love this look too, but I find that only George could make it work.

At work so I can't add anything new right now, but Reis perfected the look for both Arthur and Mera.

^^ That red/silver/blue look is my absolute fav for Captain Atom. Even when they made his boots red for JLU it looked wrong to me. It's so simple, but really tells you a lot about him and reads as "timeless" to me.

There was a design by Stephan Sejic I liked for Aquaman where it incorporated more green into his torso. The sea camo look wasn’t bad either and I’d like to see a modernization of trying to mix that in with a classic look

I liked Hawkman’s Future End look as well

I dunno -- it reads more "metrosexual" (hard to believe that's an old term at this point) than "cowboy" to me.
