Yes, but Marvel Comics has failed to transform the success of Robert Downey Jr. into the Iron Man comics. For many successful writers they use, it's like the character is cursed.

Crazy fresh ideas and not just the same stories. It seems whatever he is writing he is trying to make as event.
His first arc for Guardians of the Galaxy is amazing and I never cared for that charaacters and half of his new team were some not popular characters that I even don't know.

Because he's like Remender if Remender was able to write actually good stories.

Agree. Probably wrong writers pitched for series.

I think his Venom is good but his Guardians of the Galaxy, Silver Surfer, Thanos and Thor seem pretty mediocre/average to me.

    Maybe I just don't like dark/edgy things.

Dan Slott run have been pretty awful.

Cable have been getting solos and getting cancelled for low sales. Coming from dawn of X hype just a 52k seems bad

Cates is the full pack: hot, writes good stories.

I think Cable and Hellions will have reasonable drops at # 2. The two comics have been very well received despite the unconventionality of the characters and especially the final pages of Cable # 1 are going to help fans of the character to become interested.

I don't think Cable and Hellions were ever expected to last past 6-12 issues.

Excalibur needs to be rebooted after Swords of X.

    Please and thank you.

Cable wasn't well received at all.

Hellions had a lot of praise.

the insider said they are minis, the #1 debut isn't very assuring of a ongoing

Excalibur is mostly a apocalypse solo and the rest of characters acting dumb. i would like a writer that had something to say aout these characters.

every #9 had a up, except x-men. wonder why? some incentive or variant cover?

pretty sure the DoX strategy is to say a book was intended as a mini if it doesn't sell as well as planned
