Rogues galleries from outside of marvel and dc

Anyone knows the rogues galleries outside of marvel and dc?
Like it isn’t always about superheroes but does anyone know of other villains in indie comics?
Like start with the tmnt they have a growing rogues gallery shredder,krang,foot clan,stockman,Karai,fat king,and bebop and rocksteady to name a few. Like judge dredd has a small rogues gallery due to him killing villains and locking them up in prison but he does have a few like judge death and the dark judges to name some.
Vampirella has a recurring villains like chaos,Von kriest,Dracula,and the blood feed queen of hearts.
So any other rogues gallery you guys want to name?

Megatron

In the original Marvel US comics I would say Megatron wouldn't be the #1 Decepticon because he spends most the series as either a dethroned leader, a co-leader, a shadow leader, or he's MIA. He's dethroned by Shockwave in #6 who stays as a leader for a lot longer than Megatron. In the Marvel US Megatron is MIA and later revealed to have to have no memory and comes into the hands of a cheap crook who uses him to rob banks, and only gets his memory back when the crook throws him down and then he tries to get energy from a coal mine and runs out of energy and is stuck there until some of the Decepticons who don't like Shockwave finds him and he works with an out of work comic book writer as the Robot Master until Soundwave sick of the feud between him and Shockwave tells them that they are going to be co-leaders, until a plan of Shockwave backfires that Megatron becomes the sole leader until after Optimus Prime dies in #24 and in #25 Shockwave tricks a paranoid Megatron into blowing himself up on the Space Bridge. He doesn't come back (outside of a flashback) until in the mid-50s than he "dies" again because Ratchet blows them both up in a quantum tunnel fusing them into one being. Optimus Prime trying to find Ratchet finds the two fused and has them separated physically but they now share a mental link and has them both put into status until Galvatron, Shockwave, and Starscream steal the Ark and Megatron and Galvatron fight each other than team up and beat up Starscream and Shockwave while Ratchet crashes the ship into a lake in Canada. About a year and half later Megatron badly damaged awakens after receiving what he thinks is a Cybertronian signal only to find it's coming from a Cobra castle and after a very brief battle strikes a deal with Cobra Commander who rebuilds him into his then-new Transformers: Generation 2 form where he transforms into a tank, the Joes realizing that they are way out their league contact the Autobots who sends a team to capture Megatron but he mops the floor with them. Honestly G2 is probably Megatron's longest reign as the sole leader of the Decepticons after he kills Bludgeon, and then he has too team up with Optimus Prime and the Autobots to stop Jixhaus and the new generation Cybertronian Empire and the Swarm.

In the Marvel US series I would rank Megatron as the #6 leader of the Decepticons.

3) Ratbat
4) Bludgeon

Shockwave had longer runs as leader and did more for the Decepticons he captured almost every Autobot except for Ratchet and built the Constructicons.
Scorponok built the Decepticon Headmasters, Targetmasters, and the Pretenders.
Ratbat surprisingly came the closest to Decepticons wiping out the Autobots on Earth if he wasn't an energon saving bureaucrat.
Bludgeon lead the Decepticons after the battle with Unicron.
Thunderwing found the Creation Matrix.
Megatron was just the Decepticon who was the first leader in the series. Megatron never had a long reign as the sole leader of the Decepticons maybe 8 issues in G2.

In the UK he had more to do but again he feels like just a leader, but not THE sole leader and he had the convoluted Straxus/clone storyline and by the end of the UK series was back on Earth leading one faction of Decepticons against another faction led by Shockwave and the Autobot Earthforce. And no, I don't count or care about Regeneration One and/or Transformers '84 because they both IMHO suck.

He was more active leader in the original animated series than he ever was in the Marvel US and UK comics.

The IDW TF Universe v. 1 Megatron is the sole leader and doesn't take threats to his throne lightly and while he vanished for periods he came back more powerful than ever until the events of Dark Cybertron at the end he renounces the Decepticons and joins the Autobots and becomes co-captain of the ship Lost Light with Rodimus Prime in the comics More Than Meets The Eye and Lost Light.
