Trump might be on the ropes in the election, but the GOP just received a valuable lifeline: got an alert that Ruth Badger Ginsburg died from pancreatic cancer at 87. Look for Moscow Mitch to move at warp speed to replace her on SCOTUS with another right wing flunky, so even if Republicans lose the presidency and the Senate, they’ll still control the courts from the Supremes on down, which was McConnell’s ultimate goal.
