Which means the three Justices put on the Court by Trump (Gorsuch, Kegger Kavanaugh, Amy Covid Barrett) ruled against him. Damn sure didn’t think THAT would happen.

She helped fund the rally. Her political activities should have taken Thomas off the Court decades ago. Not to mention her financial entanglements

I did. Roberts is very serious about making sure the court is seen as unbiased and credible. He knows it's an institution that there is not much to protect it if they do something insanely unpopular and the government ignores it.

There's really no legal ground to stop this for Trump.

If there was any rule limiting the political activities of judge's spouses, she would likely be smart enough to stick to the letter of the law.
