She's bought out by big corporations who want to puppet her.

As Sinema resists the budget bill, she is set to raise money from business groups that oppose it.

WASHINGTON — Senator Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona, the inscrutable Democrat who may hold the key to passing her party’s ambitious social policy and climate bill, is scheduled to have a fund-raiser on Tuesday afternoon with five business lobbying groups, many of which fiercely oppose the bill.

Under Ms. Sinema’s political logo, the influential National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors and the grocers’ PAC, along with lobbyists for roofers and electrical contractors and a small business group called the S-Corp political action committee, have invited association members to an undisclosed location on Tuesday afternoon for 45 minutes to write checks for between $1,000 and $5,800, payable to Sinema for Arizona.

Full vaccinations for the coronavirus will be required, according to the invitation.

The planned event comes during a make-or-break week for President Biden’s agenda, when House Democrats are trying to pass a trillion-dollar infrastructure bill that Ms. Sinema helped negotiate, and trying to nail down the details of a social policy and climate bill that could spend as much as $3.5 trillion over the next decade.
Ms. Sinema has said she cannot support a bill that large, and has privately told Senate Democratic colleagues that she is averse to the corporate and individual tax rate increases that both the House and Senate tax-writing committees had planned to use to help pay for the measure.

I think this may be a WBE Point of Interest

Pro-Trump Congressional Candidate Says 'Audit All 50 states' and 'Execute All Involved'

Republican Jarome Bell, who is running in Virginia's second congressional district, tweeted Friday, "Audit all 50 states. Arrest all involved. Try all involved. Convict all involved. Execute all involved. #MaricopaCountyFraud."

Bell, who served in the Navy as a chief petty officer for 27 years, is running as a conservative "America First" candidate in the suburban swing district encompassing the Virginia Beach area, according to his campaign's website. Democrat Elaine Luria currently represented the district.
Bell previously ran for the seat in 2020, but came in third place with only 22 percent of the vote.

His remarks prompted outage from other Twitter users, with many calling for the tweet to be removed.

Former U.S. Congressman Denver Riggleman—who previously represented a separate congressional district in Virginia but lost renomination in 2020 due to officiating a same-sex marriage—responded, calling the tweet "ignorant tripe."

Catch all terms like POC hide difference.
"Asian Americans account for a larger share of the population in Fort Bend than in any other county in Texas, cementing its status as one of the most ethnically diverse places in the United States. The population grew 83.7 percent from 2010 to 2020, with additional 83,167 people. Asian residents now comprise 22.2 percent of the county population, up from 17 percent in 2010.
Indian Americans account for nearly half of Fort Bend’s Asian population, according to 2019 population estimates from the American Community Survey. The second- and third-largest groups are Chinese and Vietnamese, respectively.
Meanwhile, the Black population grew 35.9 percent and the Hispanic population grew 42.9 percent over the same time period. The white population shrank by 4.8%."

Looking at the big picture though, street crime is just a product of wider societal dysfunction, you're not ever going to solve the problem with these targeted policies that don't address the wider socioeconomic disparities that lie at the root of the issue.
Where are you getting this Black Market info about Manufacturers? And do you that there is an ammo shortage in the US where demand is past capacity or any conspiracy.

If anyone is misguided its the GOP. They could easily reach these voters they are scared of and drawing district lines to ,limit the impact of, if they stopped being racist and created policies that reached out to the interests and daily lives of these communities. I have lived in Houston my entire life except a short stint in Austin. I'm well aware of the diversity.

The vast majority of Soviet and Chinese famine survivors and family members would obviously mourn the dead and describe the events as tragedies that should never be allowed to happen again, but would certainly not have believed that it was in any way comparable to the Holocaust or that capitalism would have somehow magically put food in everyone's stomachs, nor would they welcome the suggestion that these events prove that their nations are incapable of governing themselves and must submit to American power in order to develop. Yes, the tiny fraction of those that do are the only ones that manage to get book deals and speaking tours in the English-speaking world, but they are still in the minority nevertheless.
Yet Ukrainians, Koreans and Taiwanese as well as the Vietnamese, Thai and Indonesians are glad to now participate in capitalism and be out from under the local hegemon, the PRC or the FSR, as much as they can be. It isn't just a western brain wash that understands that Socialism and the social engineering it requires is produces mass graves and never again epochs.

Is it racist or just branding that the GOP has always courted the upwardly mobile and the groups that tag along don't see themselves as a lumpen POC. The equation that GOP=white is not accurate.

Oh I see. So they were "courting" the upwardly mobile black NFL players who were trying to protest racial injustice. "Sons of b***that should be fired"? And "courting the "upwardly mobile" millions of minority voters they were trying to get their votes tossed out so they could keep Trump? They even hosted a nice insurrection if you hadn't heard to "court" some more "upwardly mobile" individuals. I am sure all these millions of voters feel very "courted" by these new voter suppression laws in every red state.

Go sit down somewhere with that disingenuous crap.

so anyone who doesn't march in lockstep with your authenticism is wrongheaded. LOL The great thing about Asians is that they don't care about acceptance just about being rich and funny enough so do the old GOP.
I get that self-respect is difficult to find these days among Asian Americans, but some of us still have enough sense not to bow and scrape for people who openly spit in our faces.

In case you didn't follow the FL race in 2020 the "latino" vote wasn't the monolith that Democrats hoped it would be.

President Donald Trump picked up Florida’s 29 electoral votes early on Tuesday evening. Indeed, the Cuban-American vote in Florida was decisive, breaking 56-41 for the Republican incumbent compared to an even 49-49 split among non-Cuban voters. But the Latino vote in Florida is a singular one.

People of color, not just in Texas, but across the country have seen that the GQP isn't the slightest bit interested in trying to reach out to minorities and don't have anything in the way of policies that would benefit us as Americans. All Qpublicans care about is maintaining the status quo where whites remain at the very top of the food chain while keeping minorities down and in our place at the bottom. For the GQP, it's far easier to lie, cheat, steal, gerrymander and do anything and everything they can to keep minorities from making their voices heard rather than embrace us as citizens, as part of this country.

I think you are following the same racial politics of the Democrats which recruits by race and color not by values and and aspirations. Personally I would like a party in the US that identifies by class but unfortunately we do not. A populist working class party that didn't share tickets with suburban voters like Working Families does here is just more progressive compromise.
