Never mind sounding like Tucker Carlson back during the Crime Bill debate.

Coming out in favor of what was right before 99.999 of the rest of the party back then would probably have been a laudable move.

Instead, we know he was basically up at the microphone sounding like Tucker Carlson last month.

    "Business As Usual..."

A couple of times where he has been talking about doing the right thing doesn't really change that reality.
And going against his party and making a lot of people panic.

I am sorry gay rights are a minor issue to you. As far as issues go, it's no payday lending.

I also see we are being told why we shouldn't be voting for Biden.

Saying "One Or Two Issues..." is not saying "These Rights Are Minor Issues..."

That is reading something in that was never there.

Past that, the guy didn't get serious about card check/looking out for John/Jane Public when he could have.

That he was on the right side of the one or two issues that got him my vote doesn't change the politician the guy actually is.

No one has, or is saying now, who you shouldn't vote for.

I am saying that Biden being a "Business As Usual..." Democrat is not perplexing. It is what he is running on.

Your words. He is running on not being a Bernie Sanders Socialist. "Business as Usual" denotes not changing what Trump has done. That is BS.

    Politely, it does not.

It denotes exactly what Biden has been doing and talking about doing.

Vetting Republicans for his administration and talking in terms of working with Republicans. That is about as "Business As Usual..." as it gets in the year 2020.

I naively though these shootings would stop after George Floyd's death. It feels like they are more frequent now.

The mayor of Waukegan, Illinois, made an emotional plea for residents to stay calm after police opened fire on a car occupied by an unarmed young Black couple, killing one and wounding the other.

While it bothers be to say it, I will believe that Illinois is taking this seriously when it has about a year of actually doing so behind it.

'vetting republicans'. oh noooooooes. Meanwhile, the actual legislation on offer will lift a lot of people out of poverty, protect access to health insurance, a woman's right to choose, and end the rollback of trans rights.

But, yeah, sure, 'he's vetting republicans' and it's just 'business as usual, I guess.

Meanwhile, actual Democrats are talkling about packing the court(s), expanding the house, ending the filibuster, and nailing a lot of progressive ideals. The only real concern is just how bad the 6-3 supreme court that people like you helped enable is gonna screw us.

You show a complete lack of understanding of a how to win an election and get a large cross section of voters.
You would rather him lose being a pure progressive/Democratic Socialist, than win being a smart candidate.

As far as "Business as Usual", he has the most progressive platform any nominee has ever had.

Apparently he did. I guess Trump wasn’t familiar with that old joke which went something like this: “You know you’re going to have a bad day when you arrive at the office, and Mike Wallace is in your reception room.” Trump is too used to be tossed softballs by the likes of Sean Hamhocks, Fucker Carlson, Laura Ignoramus and the rest of the buttmunchers on Faux News that he doesn’t know how to handle REAL questions posed by REAL journalists like Stahl who won’t kiss his ass or put up with his bullshit. Was Trump THAT clueless? I know, stupid question, of course he was.

Also on a historic note, Progress is not bad.

Hoover I believe was Republican and they destroyed America. FDR, not only revived the country being smart, but made actual socialist stuff like social security and food stamps.

They did so good that America was great, after the WW2 and Republicans got back into power they tried to *}#% off to the live to beaver life style thst America is “just great” for being America, it not explaining why. Which fell through in the 69s when we had to owe up to racism, then in Nam we became pretty bad in “ we are fighting evil” but “ fought it, with evil.”

And Nixon ( Tepublicisn) got caught red handed, and then it took Reagan, whom had neoliberalism policy to make America a super power in the economy and in society norms, besting the Russians. And it was all good from there ( Bush sr just keeping the train going) and Clinton ( sure he had his issues, but he knew better than to **** UP a good thing.)

Which leads us to now. We have someone who is willing to play ball like normal, or we have a guy who pretty much considers himself God incarnate ( his followers think do) who feels he has done no wrong in spite of how bad things really got.

Progressive is not bad, if it moves in the right direction. Backwards, never works.

I mean Hell it is not just politics, it’s education. These MAGA creeps think the Founding Fathers are like Trumo with the “law and order”. Hell if that were true we would have an English flag! Or something! No they were business men, it educated businessmen who decided to fight back against a privilege authority and from there cake our country. One big fucked up social experiment. People, I know I talk **** about the Trumpers now, on the past I have not ( as I am a strong believer in fighting causes and facts and person in question, not voters.)

But people, if you **** from your mouths I educated stuff to make your cause look good. I will call you out on it. I feel like am being possessed by George Carlin as people in real life more I am still funny but meaner. But yeah things change. We change.

Just make sure it’s the correct one.

If I had been his dad and saw that ****, I would have smacked the taste out of his mouth and told him offf.

Had he been my kid though I doubt he would expect kid gloves 24/7.

This happened down the street from me. I don't know how to react. I'm a middle aged white guy. So I'm safe but I worry about my neighbors.
