That, and Gorsuch is NOT a fan of how the US government used to do stuff like give tribes copies of treaties written in a third language they didn't speak or read, took advantage of language drift (and translation drift) in order to change the meaning of treaties, and all the other shenanigans that were pulled. There is a reason he was endorsed by so many tribal organizations - despite his other leanings.

Are there any examples of it being used as a racial slur? Has any Native American said that they were called a redskin as a pejorative?

That doesn't actually change the reality on the ground one bit though. When are they going to start expropriating white owned land and assets and redistributing it to the tribes?

The judge in the Roger Stone case has requested documents from WH regarding Stone's Commutation.

No one has seen any official records of it yet, and it's unclear if it covers just the jail time or does it also cover supervised release (I guess that's like Probation) and fines imposed.

It'd be great if Stone goes to prison because Trump is too lazy to do the paperwork.
