Maybe you should read beyond the headline? That's not why he was arrested, he fled house arrest, and that wasn't for his daughter's drawings either, but for his own merits.

That's the thing about a jury of his peers. If you put a MAGA in there, they will deadlock the fuck out of the process. But if you purposefully exclude them, they'll claim bias and the defense may use that to throw out the case.
