Aside from Ron DeSantis, are there any other Republicans hinting at a possible run for President in 2024?

I'm trying to figure out how many are Trump Wannabes, aka, how many are following his MAGA lead and seeing themselves as the next Dictator of the US?

Nobody understands why he thinks he has a base, but Pence clearly thinks he can run.

Cruz can boast all he wants about being the front runner, but it’s all in his imagination.

My concern is that, with the J6 Committee there is a lot of (well deserved) focus on Trump, but that I didn't think anyone was looking at the threat of other MAGA Republicans who are seeing themselves as doing what Trump did, only better. Thinking which of the group might pose the most danger to the country.

To me the perfect out come is Trumps runs for the GOP Nod. he gets beat by Desantis or some other QOP. Well we know how weel Trumpo handles loss. So he starts ranting and raving to his base about fraud and fake votes but this time against Desantis like he kind of Did Vs Cruz when he lost the Iowa primary.

Then he tells his base the GOP have turned on him and cheated him and they are not worth the votes. And enough of Trumps cult listen that they stay home and dont vote for Destantis or who ever and that the Dems Keep the White House is 2024. Trump starts a GOP civil war in 2024.

Of course, one poll so far out from any 2024 Republican presidential primary is not an actual preview of how the critical New Hampshire primary is actually likely to play out. But DeSantis’ surge does provide some insights into the direction of the party, and the waning likelihood that the GOP primary involves a major challenge to Trumpism.

A criticism would also be that Democrats are not open about supporting the policies that would significantly lower gun deaths. They're not calling for an Australia style gun confiscation. Obama briefly hinted that this was what he wanted, and there was significant pushback.
