President Biden keeps saying he wants to be president for all Americans, but his corporatist cabinet picks show he will be president for Wall Street and Americans who are comfortable with the status quo. We need revolutionary change and instead we got “nothing will fundamentally change.”

Anyone who thinks the problem with Democrats is just Sinema and Manchin is an easy mark. 4 years from now there will be new scapegoats the party uses to prevent progress because that’s its job. Democrats exist to protect their corporate masters and blow smoke up the people’s behinds.

Democrats just fought harder to kick a Green party candidate off the ballot than they’ve ever fought against Republicans. They make speech after speech about saving democracy as they’re actively destroying it by suppressing the people from having better choices at the ballot box.

In other words: Sitting Supreme Court justices have prayed together with evangelical leaders whose bosses were bringing cases and arguments before the high court.

Nienaber is Liberty Counsel’s executive director of DC Ministry, as well as the vice president of Faith & Liberty, whose ministry offices sit directly behind the Supreme Court. She spoke to a livestreamer who goes by Connie IRL, seemingly unaware she was being recorded. “You actually pray with the Supreme Court justices?” the livestreamer asked. “I do,” Nienaber said. “They will pray with us, those that like us to pray with them.” She did not specify which justices prayed with her, but added with a chortle, “Some of them don’t!” The livestreamer then asked if Nienaber ministered to the justices in their homes or at her office. Neither, she said. “We actually go in there.”

Nienaber intended her comments, broadcast on YouTube, to be “totally off the record,” she says in the clip. That’s likely because such an arrangement presents a problem for the Orlando-based Liberty Counsel, which not only weighed in on the Dobbs case as a friend of the court, but also litigated and won a 9-0 Supreme Court victory this May in a case centered on the public display of a religious flag.

The Supreme Court did not respond to a request for comment. Liberty Counsel’s founder, Mat Staver, strenuously denied that the in-person ministering to justices that Nienaber bragged about exists. “It’s entirely untrue,” Staver tells Rolling Stone. “There is just no way that has happened.” He adds: “She has prayer meetings for them, not with them.” Asked if he had an explanation for Nienaber’s direct comments to the contrary, Staver says, “I don’t.”

Let's ignore Jill Stein at dinner with Putin, then going on to s*** talk Clinton for months leading in to November of 2016, and convincing enough rubes to throw her votes, or not vote at all.

Meanwhile, Hoh (and the above poster) neglected to mention the absolutely inspiring candidate the Dems are running in North Carolina, Cheri Beasley, a former public defender and State Supreme Court justice who, if elected, would be the first African American Senator from NC.

Green party candidate Matthew Hoh did the hard work of collecting the 13,865 signatures required to get on the ballot (he submitted 15,953 signatures) & the Board of Elections just voted 3-2 not to certify it. The 3 people who voted to subvert democracy are DEMOCRATS.

On Twitter, Dr. Jill Stein comments on what the Democratic Party did to Matthew Hoh: "This pro-worker, pro-choice, anti-war Senate candidate was just thrown off the ballot by Democrats - the party that refuses to fight for workers, choice & peace".

In another tweet, she says, "After throwing Greens off the ballot in 2020 in TX, WI, PA, Dems are at it again. Tell them they're not "for" voting rights if they're kicking their opponents off the ballot. Send a message by supporting @MatthewPHoh - the latest target of Dems' ballot suppression schemes.

You do realize that dining with Putin was part of the job of the president and Sec. of State, it was not part of Jill Stein's job (as what, a folk singer?), it was her choice as a private person to dine with a brutal dictator who wants to destabilize the West.

The main issue here is plain as day...

If your version of gaming the system is acceptable?

It gets tougher and tougher to sell folk on that someone else's version of gaming the system is where the line got crossed.

Never mind that keeping a Green party candidate off of the ballot may very well alienate "Non.." Green party independents in a time where Democrats might wind up needing those votes.

Having said that, it is worth noting that the board's legal counsel seemingly said their could be charges for the "Potential..." fraud that they seemed obvious in the signatures that the Green party did turn in.

It will be interesting to see if that ever winds up going anywhere.
