Unlikely. There is no problem with the vote counts, not like there was in Florida back then. Trump can ask for a recount, in fact there probably will be in GA, possibly in WI and PA.

The contradictory nature of the claims required (stop counting here, start counting there) makes it impossible for him to form a coherent legal aqgument that would provide the supreme court cover to deliver the election to him.

Btw there is a little but of humiliation for Trump that he did what the GOP wanted and got taxes down, ripped apart Obama’s agenda, got rid of the individual mandate, he filled up the federal bench, he put 3 conservative Justices on the SCOTUS including overextending with ACB. Then on election night it looks like the Republicans might keep the Senate AND made gains in the House but he’s the one cast out in the cold.
