The accusers would have to identify, and implicate those Maxwell trafficked them to as clients. We have hard Trump's name mentioned by an accuser. Alan Dershowitz, formerly a lawyer for both Trump and Epstein, was named by an accuser in a Netflex documentary. Prince Andrew, yes... but he would have to lose the diplomatic immunity he's got as a member of the royal family.

While there's a pilot mentioning Bill Clinton got flown around among the lists of Epstein's guests... there's never been an accuser that I'm aware of having claimed to have had sex with him, in any form.

But for any trial, they would need to get the accusers to agree to testify against the johns in a separate case.

Saw this story on Twitter, so I thought I'd share this latest example of how the Qpublican Party is the Party of Death:

Missouri health department found mask mandates work, but didn’t make findings public

Mask mandates saved lives and prevented COVID-19 infections in Missouri’s biggest cities during the worst part of the delta variant wave, an analysis by the state Department of Health and Senior Services shows.

But the analysis, conducted at the request of Gov. Mike Parson’s office in early November, was never made public and was only obtained by The Missouri Independent and the Documenting COVID-19 project after a Sunshine Law request to the department.

The study compared infection and death rates in St. Louis, St. Louis County, Kansas City and Jackson County with the rest of the state. New state health Director Donald Kauerauf wrote in an email that the study’s findings showed the effectiveness of mask mandates and forwarded it to Parson’s office.

The analysis wasn’t included in material the department prepared for cabinet meetings, the emails show. Neither the health department nor Parson’s office responded to requests for comment asking why the data has not been shared publicly.

The comparison showed infection rates in “masked” jurisdictions were higher than the rest of the state in the six weeks prior to the emergence of the delta variant. Case rates then fell below other regions as the surge gathered force in late May and have remained lower since that time.

The statewide data shows that, from the end of April to the end of October, jurisdictions with mask mandates experienced an average of 15.8 cases per day for every 100,000 residents compared to 21.7 cases per day for every 100,000 residents in unmasked communities.

The four jurisdictions imposed their mask mandates in late July and early August, as the delta variant wave was peaking.

I'm worried that that might be wishful thinking. A lot of the cases so far are among younger people. Also a surprising amount of reinfections, so those people have t-cell immunity that makes the infection less severe. There seems to be some indication that an unvaccinated person will see a disease at least as severe as from Delta from this new variant.

According to the report, the ability of the variant to infect is higher than Delta but not as much as feared – around 1.3 times higher.

At the same time, those not inoculated have a 2.4 times greater chance of developing serious symptoms, a significant figure.

Looking back, these video clips make it clear Trump knew he had COVID before Biden debate

MSNBC’s Chris Hayes went in on former President Donald Trump after it recently came to light that the twice-impeached, one-term president appeared at rallies, meetings with Gold Star families, a party for a Supreme Court nominee, and even the first debate with then-candidate Joe Biden—all while knowing full well he had tested positive for COVID-19.

The timeline as laid out by Hayes shows dereliction of duty even more repugnant than usual for Trump.

According to a memoir by Trump’s chief of staff, Mark Meadows, titled, The Chief’s Chief, before Trump tested negative for COVID-19 on Sept. 26, 2020, he tested positive—nearly a week before he publicly disclosed his condition.

But instead of quarantining out of an abundance of caution, the White House chose to dismiss Trump’s positive result and allow the president to attend an event honoring his Supreme Court nominee, Amy Coney Barrett—with her children in tow—along with several other GOP members—all without masks, indoors and zero social distancing. This event was later acknowledged as a super-spreader event.

They have already established one person - Jeffrey Epstein. That's enough to bring down Maxwell as well. The long term question is going to be if the investigation goes any further.

Most UK paper reports suggest Prince Andrew does not have diplomatic immunity…certainly he doesn’t enjoy that status just because he’s one of the Queen’s sons (immunity on grounds of royal standing is restricted to the reigning monarch), but years ago he was a trade envoy, and might have some protection in regard to offences committed in that period.

Thinking about Ghislaine Maxwell case a bit more as I had morning coffee, can now accept that it might be case where a case could be made against her, while being near impossible to act against many other people.

(By the way, Ghislaine’s father “Captain Bob” Maxwell was in some ways like a more intelligent, less successful Donald Trump. Though I might be being unfair to Bob Maxwell there…he did at least do some heroic things in the Second World War, and started life without all the trappings of privilege.)
