Building a phone isn't a big deal. All the tech is available. And it will be useless to him if it is Android (he can't use Apple OS). It's the operating system that is complex. And like Microsoft found out it is too late in the game to try and wedge in a new OS other than Android and Apple. App compatibility, user adoption if Microsoft couldn't do it he definitely cant especially as he keeps tainting his name and businesses with the wild antics and flirting with right wing crazies.

He did not inherit a fortune. His dad gave him around $30,000. He got very lucky when the failing financial tech company he partially owned was bought by the company that became PayPal.

They need every Dem to vote for it in the Senate, since the GOP would love to see the economy take a hit.

The Only thing I heard on it is Sanders will try and block it if they dont put the sick time the unions want in the bill. I figured the GOP would block it to make Biden look bad but I am not sure.

It has me pretty worried.
