The night of the election, Nate Silver did think Fox should retract calling the state because it seemed possible at that point for absentee ballots to give Trump the win.
Nate Silver is jealous that he didn't get to call the Election and someone did things better using traditional means. That's all.

It was good for the country that Fox News made the announcement, because it prevented Trump from being taken seriously when he lied.
Fox called it not for "the good for the country" but because it made sense with their calculations just as it did in 2012 when they called Ohio or in 2018 when they called the "blue wave".

    IT'S DONE!

I was especially warmed to see that Officer Eugene Goodman, who rescued legislators from ravening mob by leading them away, was selected to escort Harris.

Oh, I'm sure that Cruz and Hawley are going to give us all the grist our mill will require.

GOP’s continuing downward spiral into insanity. Trump may be gone from the White House but Trumpisim is likely here to stay in politics for some time.

In their final moments they passed a bunch of anti-gay policy changes.

Social Service providers can discriminate based on sexual orientation.
Adoption agencies can turn away same sex couples
homeless shelters can turn away gay teenagers.

    **** these assholes.

They want us to "unite" but I'm not interested in uniting with inhumane pieces of ****.

I really like how the Vice President gets sworn in first. I understand why, but there is something about it that I like.

In addition to the immense relief that Trump has left the White House, I am getting my Covid-19 Vaccine tomorrow evening

I do caregiving work for my elderly father, disabled father and my mom has COPD, so it's an *immense* relief.
