And if there is wide spread fraud against Trump would they not be going on about it like crazy? Several said they dont have the platform to talk about this like they should. I pointed out social media, and the fact that both have had national press conferences in the last several days. And both in these have said on tv there is no fraud. The election is valid. Two said that each Secretary hated Trump for years. And many said that both need to be investigated by the FBI because it is clear that Biden and Pelosi have paid them off and bank records will show that.

So i presented valid truthful points against the claim of fraud. And they all went batshit crazy on their BS claims. Then they asked my aunt how it felt to live with a hard core socialist.

Moments like this make me think thank god I left the party. And was I ever this blind?
You shouldn't have said that. They aren't thinking rationally, they're just reacting as they've been programmed to react. Facts are only useful when they are capable of thinking independently. You should have just had an honest calm conversation, instead of an argument.

I will note that the military vote will not be as overwhelmingly Republican as it has been in the past because, y'know, "Losers and suckers" and Russian bounties being ignored.

There's a distinct probability that Trump will never give a concession speech.

He's refusing to concede. So looks like Biden will have to get him and his family escorted out of HIS HOUSE now.

    One can only hope.

    It's possible, but difficult.

Republicans have generally liked businessman outsiders. Herman Cain briefly led in 2012, and Romney talked more about being a businessman or running the Salt Lake City Olympics than he did about being a former Governor.

Democrats tend to like people with political backgrounds. However, the media environment has allowed for greater publicity for people who don't have the traditional qualifications for the presidency (Pete Buttigieg is a small city mayor, Stacey Abrams was the minority leader of a state legislature) so it's conceivable that someone like that will catch fire at the right moment.

Political outsiders who can win a presidential nomination aren't necessarily going to be less likely to win the national vote.

A version of Donald Trump without his biggest scandals would probably have won the popular vote in 2016, and been reelected this year.

Don't you know homophobia is fine when used against a Republican?
Saying that Lindsay Graham is a closeted Queen is hardly ‘homophobia’. Unless, of course, you think there’s something inherently wrong with being gay.

No, calling Graham a closeted Queen is based ENTIRELY around the hypocrisy of the Chinless Chipmunk’s flip-floppery on everything, and his strong anti-LGBT+ voting record. The dude is as gay as Iceman, and like Bobby did, he thinks no one knows.

Multiple escorts in his area have spoken up about their experiences with him. Rumors have swirled about him and the man he lives next door to. Then there’s the fact that he speaks and has the mannerisms of Paul Lynne playing Scarlett O’Hara (which obviously isn’t proof, but in light of everything else we know about him and has been rumored about him? It’s pretty ‘damning’. But, look...I’m entirely straight passing, myself, until I speak about something I’m passionate about, at which point a purse full of glitter falls out of my mouth. There’s nothing inherently homophobic about observing a person exhibiting ‘perceived gay’ mannerisms in conjunction with other evidence to come to a conclusion.).

He is ALSO a ‘confirmed bachelor’, which was slang for gay when he was a young man. He’s gay. And that’s FINE! But he’s also an incredible hypocrite, and that ISN’T fine.

He just either hates himself so much because of the generations of misinformation and lies that he suffered under and internalized as a child (In which case, he needs to retire and seek help in adjusting to the new normal)...or because his greed and lust for power is more overwhelmingly important than his rights as a gay man (in which case, he should retire and just go away, because no one likes a hypocrite bootlicker).

Basically, Lindsay Graham is Peter Pettigrew: an abuse victim whose years of suffering have turned him from his potential for good into a pathetic toadying sycophant for a great evil that is only using him and has nothing but contempt for him...and who has ensured that the people who WOULD have been willing to help him ALSO have contempt for him, because of his actions.

    It’s really that simple.

An escorted, forced leave would only make sense, I mean he's already eclipsed Nixon in the most disgraceful Presidential exit of all time. Might as well make it visually apropos too come January.

I dodnt have an argument. I never raised my voice or got mad. I just presented the facts and asked what they thought about them.

In all seriousness I sort of think he's hoping his supporters will gather in large enough numbers to fight and keep him in office.

    Biden is already over 270.

It's over. There's no path for Trump anymore to win.

We're only waiting for the AP to call.

If I was Biden I would consider this a win and tell every single person the party has to fly out to Georgia and go to war for those Senate seats. Act like the race isn’t over and just stay in gear for that. You can plan for a transition in December. Those Senate races will determine the next two years of his Presidency
