I cant find a link online when I looked.

But if this was true it doesnt look like they are really taking charging these guys seriously like we hoped.
I have considered that perhaps prosecutors in DC have realized...

If you charge everyone with a crime NOW... Trump can pardon them on his way out the door in the next 12 days. If you keep tabs on the suspects, and wait to charge them for crimes on 1/21... Trump cannot carry out such an action.

Some U.S. Capitol rioters fired after internet detectives identify them

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Some of the rioters who stormed the U.S. Capitol were fired from their jobs on Thursday after internet sleuths publicized their identities.
The District of Columbia police department released here photos of people in Wednesday's melee and potential charges against them. Some 68 people were arrested after angry protesters stormed the building, breaking windows, damaging fixtures and stealing furnishings.

The FBI also asked the public to help it identify rioters, a call that drew ribbing on social media in light of the prolific coverage of the event. This included selfies posted by participants and videos here of President Donald Trump's supporters at area hotels before the attack.

People at the US Capitol riot are being identified and losing their jobs

(CNN)As images and social media posts of Wednesday's insurrection at the US Capitol circulate online, some of those who were present are being identified, and some have lost or left their jobs because of it.

Navistar, a direct marketing company in Maryland, announced that an employee had been terminated after he was photographed wearing his company ID badge inside the breached Capitol building.

"While we support all employees' right to peaceful, lawful exercise of free speech, any employee demonstrating dangerous conduct that endangers the health and safety of others will no longer have an employment opportunity with Navistar Direct Marketing," the company said in a statement provided to CNN.

On this date in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, as well as 2020, “Crazy/Stupid Republican of the Day posted profiles of Terry England, a member of the Georgia House of Representatives from District 116, serving since 2004 and pushing for legislation on things like drug testing welfare recipients, putting guns everywhere, and curbing voting rights. Plus, he denies the existence of climate change. Outside of an extreme voting record, though, England's claim to shame was back in 2012 during a debate over a ban on abortion at 20 weeks, where he was arguing that pregnant women whose child became stillborn after that time should be forced to carry it to term, at risk to their health, because as he put it, he'd seen this sort of thing on the farm with cows and chickens. Yes, that really happened, and there's video.

Since we last checked up on Terry England, he’s been mostly quiet, save for his vote for Georgia’s HB 280 to permit the concealed carry of firearms on college campuses, because he obviously has never heard about the Virginia Tech Massacre before. As we noted about England in his first profile, he has been allowed to run for office virtually unopposed since the 2006 elections, save for one write-in challenger in 2010 who got a meager three dozen votes against him.

Through the past few years since we started keeping tabs on England, he voted for more anti-choice insanity, including a fetal heartbeat abortion bill that would effectively ban abortion in Georgia at 6 weeks (when most women don’t even realize they’re pregnant). He also voted for a bill to try and authorize biblical classes in public high schools, and voted against a bill to establish punishments for hate crimes.

Terry England was again allowed to run for re-election in 2020 opposed. At some point, Georgia might want to consider someone who views women as being different than barn animals to replace him.

Some among America's military allies believe Trump deliberately attempted a coup and may have had help from federal law-enforcement officials

The supporters of President Donald Trump who stormed the Capitol on Wednesday to stop the ratification of President-elect Joe Biden's election victory were attempting a violent coup that multiple European security officials said appeared to have at least tacit support from aspects of the US federal agencies responsible for securing the Capitol complex.

Insider spoke with three officials on Thursday morning: a French police official responsible for public security in a key section of central Paris, and two intelligence officials from NATO countries who directly work in counterterrorism and counterintelligence operations involving the US, terrorism, and Russia.

They said the circumstantial evidence available pointed to what would be openly called a coup attempt in any other nation. None were willing to speak on the record because of the dire nature of the subject.

Makes sense. In this instance, patience is definitely good thing as that will keep those scumbags from receiving a get out jail free card.

I should be helping with the online research and identification, since that is what I am trained to do professionally. I'm just a little reluctant to get involved.

Cnn reported Trump has made it official by saying he will not go to Bidens inauguration. I bet he is worried the second Biden takes his hand off of the bible he will turn to the police and say "Arrest this piece of ****."

Probably because he's figuring out how to flee the country.

These Are the Rioters Who Stormed the Nation’s Capitol

WASHINGTON — There were infamous white nationalists and noted conspiracy theorists who have spread dark visions of pedophile Satanists running the country. Others were more anonymous, people who had journeyed from Indiana and South Carolina to heed President Trump’s call to show their support. One person, a West Virginia lawmaker, had only been elected to office in November.

All of them converged on Wednesday on the grounds of the U.S. Capitol, where hundreds of rioters crashed through barricades, climbed through windows and walked through doors, wandering around the hallways with a sense of gleeful desecration, because, for a few breathtaking hours, they believed that they had displaced the very elites they said they hated.

“We wanted to show these politicians that it’s us who’s in charge, not them,” said a construction worker from Indianapolis, who is 40 and identified himself only as Aaron. He declined to give his last name, saying, “I’m not that dumb.”
Aaron, the construction worker from Indianapolis, and his two friends had heard people talking about going to Ms. Pelosi’s office. So once inside they decided to instead find Senator Chuck Schumer’s office. Both are Democrats.
But they could not find Mr. Schumer’s office. He said they asked a Capitol Police officer, who tried to direct them. But they appeared to have gotten nowhere near the minority’s leader’s office. They ended up smoking a few cigarettes inside the building — “We can smoke in our house,” Aaron said — and one of his friends, who would not give his name, joked that he had gone to the bathroom and not flushed.

A woman in a coat sat on the couch in a small room with a blue carpet and watched as a man ripped a scroll with Chinese lettering hanging on the wall.

Can’t say that comes as anything in the way of a surprise, given he STILL believes the election was “stolen” from him.

This. This fool Trump does understand that a peaceful transition means you can't just leave the keys to the White House in a fuckin' dropbox right? These men will have to come face to face, in front of cameras.

All the rats leaving the sinking ship somebody need to do a welfare check on Ben Carson, I wonder how's his week been going. Ben's the last OG in the Trump cabinet, usually in horror movie the Black dude dies first.
Beefing up the old home security, huh?
    You bet yer ass.

Has security been increased around Biden and Harris? With everything that happened and Trump conceding and saying he will not attend I am worried a Trump cult member will try and take a shot at one of the two of them to make a statement.
