Well if you look at here - https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Brilliant_Vol_1 - you will see that issues 6 & 7 due to come out got cancelled.
There are only 5 issues. But if you look at here - https://comicvine.gamespot.com/brilliant/4050-73294/ - you will see that they got collect as one trade.

He only did the five issues. I enjoyed the first few issues but wasn’t quite convinced he knew where he was going with it.

It was Icon/Jinxworldd which was almost all Bendis’ creator owned stuff if not all.
When he jumped to DC, they came with him, including Powers , Scarlet, and Murder Inc.

Yeah, it's creator owned, so if it was reprinted now it would be at DC.
