I disagree, I think the STAS intro is great. It captures the wonder and spirit of the character very well. Superman always gets great music, imo.

From those mentioned, I also loved the Thundercats intro very much. HO!!! Loved that show and wish they made a live action movie.

Another absolute fave is the Star Trek original series intro. Just the intro and music totally captured my imagination because it feels like the adventure of the human race. It captures the wonder of Trek and makes me want to be there with them exploring those worlds.

And then Trek did it again with TNG intro! Trek is another lucky franchise when it comes to music, imo.

I love it too. But by clever i meant Batman's intro did something different then playing music while a montage of scenes from the show is shown. I love another intro of Batman. That intro unlike BTAS, uses footage from the proper show.

I love it. But i think mostly for its music. As an intro it does its job pretty well. But in BTAS, they really put their A-game in it. You can find articles like this desrbing the genius of the intro.

I love the Superman intro. I agree with you. It has great music. But somehwere in the back of my mind i think they didn't try as hard for the Superman intro, as they tried with Batman.

Speaking of greatest superheroes of all time i haven't seen Spider-man over here. That is a major omission in my book. My favorite Spider-man intro is from Spectacular Spider-man. Haven't seen much of the show, but i really dig this intro.

And the unforgettable 60s intro. Spider-man has the theme song to beat theme songs. Because that theme isn't just music. But has some chill lyrics too.

I would like to mention two more Spider-man intros. They are not as good as intros posted in the thread, but they formed my childhood. And aren't too bad imo. In fact, this is pretty neat.

Xena's intro. I'd post it but I haven't had any luck on You Tube.
