Anderson blitzes. Vader could probably mess him up without the nail if he could get his TK going but he won’t get the chance.

Fast enough to cut through a horde of vampires that dodge bullets while they’re sprinting at speeding car levels of fast straight into the line of fire with nary a scratch.
That’s without the nail which gives him an upgrade. Base Anderson is probably running around in Danny Rand/Cass Cain levels of high end bullet time.
Vader’s consistent speed feats even with the EU factored in would be CBPH or ringer at best I’d say."What I sought, I could not obtain."
